Hi,

I bougth a 2 pack of someone smart tag. One of them is linked to an account, the other is not. Is there any way to contact the owner of the smart tag?

I guess looking up how to reset the device still keeps it linked to the samsung account?
If you have a receipt than return them and buy another set. Somebody probably didn't notice they were open and put them back on the shelf.
