Hub replacement/swap

I have v2 hub and v3 hub on Smartthings account. V3 is new never been used and looking to use it in place of old v2. The new hub replacement feature fails to move devices over the new v3 hub. It fails and i get a fail try later message and at times i get a successful message but device are still in the old v2 and v3 has no devices.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately the truth is its not so easy. This greatly depends upon what devices and how they are That you have connected. I had to delete each item and hook them up like new to the V3. Because even when it did say transfered it was like 1 item.

I have 92 devices so manually moving them along with routines is really not an option for me at the moment

I have 95 lol ... yes not so easy. Better put a nightmare.
