Identical weather notification every hour for the past 3 days in SmartThings

I have received the identical weather notification every hour for the pas 3 days. 24 noticed per day of the SAME message. 

I do not have any options to make it less. 

Previously I had the option to s e t the notifications to every 2 hours, but even that option is now gone. 

This is about the 5th time I have attempted to get this resolved and I get little more than, "I understand. Please contact (some other) group and send them all of the information you've already sent to the 5 other groups that were mentioned."

I have screen shots of the 48+ identical notifications from my SmartThings history. I'd live to share them but I don't see a way to do so through this form.

The notification should be sent when the warning is first issued. Any addition notifications should happen ONLY when the information changes or when the warning is canceled.

PLEASE, For the love of God. correct this error!!!

Try Settings > Notifications > Advanced settings > Wireless emergency alerts > Alert reminder. Change it to whatever you want. You can use notifications settings in weather app to adjust it as well. I set most of my apps not to remind me of their notifications.

Notifications reminder in Advanced settings is also off for me.

Unfortunately, those are not the notifications that hit once an hour. Those are emergency (amber alerts, tornadoes, etc,)

The notifications i'm getting are clearly from the smart things weather. As I mentioned, i can send screen shots of the notifications history from the Samsung SmartThings app if there was a way to do so. They are most definitely generated by that app.

Last set. As you can see, the same notificati9n, 9nce an hour 24 hours a day. I have do not disturb f8r when i'm sleepIng so I dont hear them come in, but they are there.

Hello @KAR-IL, We can certainly understand why those notifications would be bothersome. Have you tried this?

1. Open the SmartThings app, select Menu and then Notifications

2. Tap the ellipses in the top corner, and select Notification Settings

Does the Weather appear in the list with an option to toggle off?

No, there is no option for weather notifications on that settings page.

Even if there were a weather option, I would not want to stop them completely.

One weather notification when there is an alert or a change to an alert is good.

Once an hour, 24 hours each day of identical notifications is not good.
