Hi Samsung Community Members - 

As we previously announced on March 1st, SmartThings is ending support of its legacy hardware â€“ ADT SmartThings Home Security and Safety system, SmartThings Hub (2013), and SmartThings Link for NVIDIA® SHIELDâ„¢. 

For any customers who have not yet completed their online requests to determine if they are eligible for a partial or full refund, we ask that you visit www.SamsungCSO.com

Once again, impacted hardware will stop functioning as of June 1st, 2021, for ADT customers, and June 30th, 2021, for SmartThings Hub (2013) and SmartThings for NVIDIA® SHIELDâ„¢ customers.

Why are you no longer supporting your own Samsung SmartThings components? I was wanting to make my home a smart home with Samsung Buttons, Bulbs, and Sensors. I have the Hub, some bulbs, and some buttons currently. But by the time I started looking into expanding, that section of your site was empty! Why did you stop making your own SmartThings devices?
