Samsung needs to have a feature like apple and tile to scan qr code, tap nfc, or connect to a lost tag to open a webpage with information like the phone number of the owner of the lost tag to better be able to return it to the owner. This is the only feature that I really wish Samsung smart tags had that would make them almost perfect.
Side note: I just found someone's cat with an apple airtag and was able to scan it with my S21 Ultra and get the owner's phone number and made me wish my Samsung smart tagged cat's could be scanned in the same way if they were ever lost and found by someone else, in this case tile and apple have a definite advantage.
