I am having the same problems with the missing map. I have had no problem connecting to the vacuum with my Google phone, but there are no maps like on the box. Or at least I can't find them. What gives? That was a feature that influenced my buying decision.
@apexdestroyer13: Thank you for your patience. You would need to use the Samsung Connect app. There is no mapping option. It does the mapping and stores it internally. Once it finishes vacuuming, you can see the map by checking the history. In Device control, you can either swipe down from the top and pick history or in the touch menu in the top right, select history.
For the sake of conversation, Could you try placing a shoe in the floor to see if it changes the mapping? It's possible that it may not have changed due to it running the same route.
