I have a Powerbot R9350 that appears to have a charging problem. The device is under 2 years old and during those 24 months was used 1-2 times per month - so maybe 50 usages total over 2 years.

It has not been damaged ever (not dropped, no water spillage, etc).

It will charge on the docking station until the LCD display says "FULL" and the app also indicates 100% charged. The second it leaves the docking station it dies. Basic testing with a multimeter indicate the battery won't charge beyond 0.7v.

I checked on this while investigating around 5th October and there was a thread on this forum there was this post https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Smart-Home-Support/Powerbot-9350-battery/td-p/1491031 but I'm no longer able to reach that URL - it has the error "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action."

That thread listed a lot of other people having the exact same problem.

I'd really like to get my R9350 back working again. If anyone can help me I'd be grateful.
