Same problem here.  Just got it today though and it has been on the charger in the UP status only for a few hours.   I guess I will wait 4 days and see what happens....

Dont , I had to ship mine back and they replaced the motherboard. But they scratched it all up in the process

Hello. Same issue here. When my cleaner connected to network appeared UP. You have 4 symbols, maybe need to say UPDT, because UP has different meaning, example, I tried to pull up it, when I seen it first time.

So, How long it takes usually, or Do I have to replace it?

I don't need repair it with scratches.
