Hi,
I just tried to connect Smartthings ot Google Home and it seemed ot work. It shows connected on both Smartthings and Google Home app. The problem is, I don't see any of my devices in Google Home and can't control them.
What could be the issue? I am connected with my Samsung account in both apps and I have already tried unlinking and relinking.

I use the Google mesh network so I don't know how exactly it manages the frequencies. I do know that there is only one network to choose to connect to and everything is connected to the same one.

Gill, the only things that need the 2.4 are appliances. If its connected to SmartThings on either band, Google should be able to see it.
To link your SmartThings account to Google, try this:
The only thing you are probably missing is authorizing SmartThings access to Google(Step 9).

I have the same problem. It doesn't actually connect with my Google account and link. Open issue with Google home as well. Help please

Any answers yet? When I go to link smart things it just goes back to previous screen, doesn't even get to the location selection or authorization
