I just purchased a Q 80T 65inch tv. Every now and then, the volume shuts off. No reason. I can't recreate it. The software is up today. I have run diagnostics, nothing. The only fix is to unplug the tv...and replug it in.
I have no soundbar.
Is there any fix for this or should it be returned?
I'm sorry to hear that, is this occur while watching an app on the TV or a device such as an Xbox or PlayStation?
I also recently purchased a Q80T and also have a sound issue which is that when watching streaming content from the internet the sound cuts out for a brief second every hour or two. I have made arrangements for a repair visit thru my warranty for Samsung to investigate the problem but do not have much confidence.
