Smart Home SupportHi,
Problem: Ring doorbell video/image not showing on Samsung TV alerts (alerts come through just fine).
I've got the 2021 Q60A 65 inch tv, 2020 Q80 75inch tv, and 2020 Q80 82inch TV. I've also got the Ring doorbell pro2.
I've connected/deleted the doorbell to smarthings and Ring app several times while troubleshooting. I'm able to get Ring alerts on the TV but they do not show an image or video. I'm also unable to get video to load on any of the TVs by opening smarthings from the TV and selecting the doorbell.
How can they advertise this yet it doesn't work properly on any of the TVs I have, which it claims should work on???
Am I the only person with this issue???
