Saamsung Google Clock will no longer connect

Have tried numerous troubleshooting tips from the internet on connecting my clock. We lost power in the house and since then I am unable to reconnect the clock to Wifi. I've reinstalled Home, cleared data on the Home app, unplugged the clock for a minute, tried WPS with modem.  All was well until the power outage (it was brief). All other smart devices reconnected with no problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks much
