Smart Home SupportWe have a Samsung range with smart control. This was originally on our network. For some reason it disconnected. I would like to reconnect to the internet but the smart controls button is non responsive. Every other button on the keypad functions. Any idea why the smart controls button doesn’t function? I have turned off the power for over 60 seconds and it still does not function.

Regrettably, if you have already reset the range and verified no issue with the Wi-Fi services within the home then the next recommendation is to have a technician service the unit. You can use this link Service to find a service center in your area or private message me PM Link with your full model and serial number to review service options.
