Smart Home SupportI have been trying to connect my washer to my phone since day one of purchas and it never connects. I get past putting in my wifi password and it just says there's an error try again later. My router is not far from my washer and is an airport extream. I have the Front Load add wash washer and I'm just hoping someone has figured this out.

Model code of Washer:
Phone model that you are connecting with:
Software version of phone: (example: Android 6.0 or iOS 10.1 etc.)
App version of the Smart Home app:

Smart Home SupportI am also trying to get my WF42h5200A smart washer to connect to the Samsung Smart Washer with no luck.
The app verson is v2.1.23
I have an iPhone 8 running version 11.2.1
On my washer i get --: and can not get past that

Smart Home SupportI also can not get my WF42H5200 smart washer to connect to the smart care app
I have downloaded the samsung smart washer app version v2.1.23
My washer is brand new
I have my other wifi devices on my wifi
I have an updated iphone 8 running version 11.2.1
The direction in the app and manual do not match and neither one works
I can not find anything on your website to help either
All I get on the washer is --:

Smart Home SupportI have the same issue. Washer and dryer cannot be seen in the Wi-Fi settings on my iPhone X. Had the Add Wash set for one week and may return for the LG set if I cannot get this issue resolved.
