I'm hoping to find out what else can be done or whom I should call. Our smart phones work fine on our high speed internet connection. Unfortunately, suddenly, this afternoon our brand new Samsung 65" smart TV, won't stay connected to the internet!
The timing couldn't be worse. Am I alone in this? Are others suddenly unable to connect with the outside world with their newly purchased Samsung smart T.V.s? Sheltering in place is hard enough, without TV, it's unthinkable. HELP!
Do you have the unit connected via ethernet cable or WiFi? I recommend connecting with the ethernet checking for updates then retrying Wifi.
