Smart Tag not working after replacing battery

I have had this Smart Tag for less than one year. After a battery low notification in the app I opened it up to replace the battery. It is now not working. I have tried to reset it multiple times but it won't reset and work. Any ideas?

Please remove the battery from the Tag and then press the button on the tag continue to hold down the button and reinstall the battery and it should reset its self, please see the attached link for more detailed information

That doesn't work after several tries. Is there any warranty on this?

When you install the battery does the Smart Tag make any sounds? Make sure that you have the battery installed correctly, I have changed my battery multiple times and had no issues

Yes, I have installed it correctly. No sounds. Tried 4 different new batteries, no sound at all.

Make sure you have Bluetooth enabled and make sure that the battery is good
