Smart Tag "Notify me when it's found" not working

Hello,

I'm having trouble with SmartTags - I can activate the option "Notify me when it's found" when the smart tag is not around me. When I click the option, the button, briefly changes to the spinning balls, and then goes back to off

What version of SmartThings is that??

Doesn't look anything like ours does for SmartTags


EDIT : never mind ... I see I to now .... that's an older version than we have

Go to Galaxy store and look for updates on Smart Things. If nothing, uninstall it and reinstall. You seem to be on an older version

Which version do you have then? I should have mentioned that I'm based in Portugal, but the EU communities don't have the same engagement as this one...

Anyway, I tried to uninstall and install again and the version I get it still the same one, so it might be the feature/version is still not available over here.

SmartThings version: 1.7.89.25

SmartThings Find version: 1.8.5-25
