I was having a lot of trouble connecting to my LG OLED65B7A TV with my Galaxy S10. I would get connected about 1 time in 10 tries. After the Android 10 update, I get connected on the first try almost all the time. So far, I've only had the connection fail once.
Also, I tried using Dex with my Windows Phone "puck" used to get windowed applications on the TV and it was very flaky. The HDMI connection would cycle through connect and disconnect and I had to hit the notification menu at just the right time to get connected. Now the hdmi connection is solid and every time I plug into the puck usb connection, I get Dex on the 65 inch screen. Very nice. And the usb keyboard and touchpad connected to the puck wireless usb works great too.
