I have 2 smart tags on a set of car keys. I am using an S10 plus. When double pressing the tag it does not ring my phone on either tag. I can ring the tag from my phone. I have cleared the smart things cache toggled dind my device in smart things. The tag beeps when double pressed but does not ring the phone.
