Smart Home SupportOne of my original SmartTag+ (I purchased when launched) is starting to give me low battery warnings in about 48 hours after a new battery is inserted. The original battery lasted over six months, then I replaced it (Energizer) and it lasted less than six months, so I replaced it again (with a different brand of battery, Duracell) and I got the low battery warning after 48 hours. I changed the battery again with Energizer and I got the same low battery warning. Has this been happening to other users as well?
All my other SmartTag+ lasts about six months as well, but I don't get the low battery warning.

Smart Home Support
Yes, happened with mine as well. Bought it brand new and worked for about 6 months, but when I put in a different battery it died within days. Customer support might send you a new one but I just bought me a different one all together
