Hi -- I just got setup my Frame TV and am trying to access features from the SmartThings app. The Frame shows up on the app, but when I click on it I get a message saying it needs to download an add-on. When I choose Download, it says that it couldn't download. Any ideas? I'm using Android on a Pixel 3. Thanks!

No luck. I'm using Android 11 and Samsung support has told me it's not supported. (They didn't say "yet" but I'm hoping that's the case.)

What's the latest? As more and more people upgrade to Android 11 "not supported" will stop being a valid excuse.

I contacted support as well. The response I got was that they're aware of the issue but have no ETA on when Android 11 will be supported. They say they are working on it, but it sounds like they aren't in a huge rush until Android 11 starts rolling out to more non-Pixel phones.
