there's a function called "Tap View".  Samsung says I need SmartThings app, a Samsung phone and a TV that are all at certain minimum levels.* I have all that. The instructions tell me to go into SmartThings>Menu>Settings and turn on "Tap View." Only trouble is there is no Tap View to turn on.

I've deleted and reinstalled SmartThings with no change.

*Need 2021 Crystal UHD TV (AU8000) and have it

Need A6 phone or later, have A10e

Need SmartThings 1.7.45 or higher, have 1.7.67.29
