On 1/16 my s21 phone and wifes s21 stopped being sensed as presence sensors in Smartthings. Contacted support and after 2 calls and and over 2 hrs. still not working

Hello, We understand the importance of being able to use the Phone Presence feature in SmartThings. 

Make sure you are following these steps to activate the feature with the phones. https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/apps-services/mobile-presence-smartthings/

Be sure to allow the SmartThings app has the Location Permission set to Allow all the Time. Settings>Security and Privacy>Privacy>Permission Manager>Location>SmartThings

I am also including this link that contains information for sharing the SmartThings account to allow members of the family permissions to control smart devices within the location. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078860/

Same for me  Note 20. Whatever I try. Checked battery settings and location  both on app as phone
