For 9 days now, smartthings app 'keeps stopping' with a pop up to match. This is not unique to me or my phone. Other household members have same issue and other members on other forums report same issue. NY smartthings app is now 100% useless

I've had the same issue, even after reinstalling the app and all the other suggestions from the "support team." They keep telling me they can't do anything more until I send logs, but the steps they send to do this have options not available in my app menus. I've even sent screen shots to show this. Apparently even the "support team" can't help.
