Hi. I'm new to this board so I'f this is in the worng place, please don't hesitate to let ne know. Less that a year ago I purchased a 55" Class TU8000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV. Then recently I purchased and installed a Ring stand-up camara. I downloaded smartthings on my moto e5 plus and have both the tv and camara in the app and both work. I would like to be able top view the ring camara on the TV but I can't find Smartthing on the home screen nor in the apps menu even when I do a search. I was told be support that the smartthing may not be available for my model or my geography. I check the app on my phone and it says that my UN55TU8000FXAZ is supported. They also said that it's not available to download. They also said that the TV will check for updates and add any new apps to my TV.
I live in the New England area (specifically, Massachusetts) and I hopping that someone has information of when the SmartThings app will be available in my area.
