Trouble adding Enbrighten light switch

So I recently installed an Enbrighten Z Wave switch to replace an older z wave switch. Locally, tge switch works fine, but I'm having trouble adding the switch to ST and keep getting an error: 34-302. Can anyone tell me what that error refers to?
