Hello, I am having issues when I try to join my home through my husband's invite. It days that I cannot join due to the difference in region. I had Samsung changed my region to the same as my husband's. Please help how to fix this.

Hello, We understand the frustration of not being able to join the Home network for SmartThings. Since changing the region for your account did not allow you to join the Home, we recommend reaching back out to the Samsung Accounts Team for further assistance. The U.S. team may be reached by calling 1-855-795-0509.
