I have a video recorder that was in place when I bought my house. How do I watch the videos from my phone? right now i can only see them on the montior. Model number SDR-3100N. I tried to add it to the app but it did not recognize.

You'll need to download the user manual to adjust the network settings to what they need to be. Also you'll need to find out what app their dvr supports. You'll probably have to contact Samsung directly for this.
