Smart Home SupportHi Samsung Support team,
Since 2 days i keep on trying to connect the Smart Things app to the WW90T654DLX washer I just bought.
I start the app, scan the QR code, follow the steps, enable Smart Mode on the Washer as instructed and on the next step I get the below screen.
Then, at some point it times out to a There was a problem connecting to the device.
Tried with a single WiFi turned on ( as i have several networks around ).
Tried with switching off the data from the mobile.
I can see the [washer]_E30xxxxx Wifi SSID if i scan for networks, this makes me think that the washer wifi is fine.
Please review the app and provide a fix or tell me how to manually install this.
This is frustrating. I`m really considering to give it back as i have 29 days.
Device is Oneplus 5T running android 10 ( oxygen 10.0.1 )

Leave it off over night
Plug and test
