I wanted to add my new Samsung Washer that I purchased this past April to my SmartThings app, but it is still not found in the Washer section. Does anyone know why it isn't and if it will be added?

We can't be sure why it's not showing up as we don't have access to those systems, however, you can contact our Smart Things department and they can tell you why it's not showing up or if there's something preventing it from being added. You can reach them via phone at 866-813-2404.
