no more video or clips

installed a new router. everything works except the video clips or live video for the ST cams that I have had for more than a year. app reports info from each cam in the form of sounds a persons detected but no video whatsoever. what would cause this to suddenly happen. every other aspect of the network works perfectly within and outside of smartthings.
