New Samsung camera not connected

This is the error "Something went wrong error displays during SmartThings Smart Cam setup".  This steps don't fix the error.  https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01201927/

Please give more options.

HI

Yesterday I called support and they told me to change the camera. So I went to BestBuy and changed it. The problem continues. Exactly the same problem with a different camera.

What I am thinking is that the problem is because I live in Puerto Rico. Is the service available in Puerto Rico?

In addition, I received a support email with instructions to remove the application from my phone and reinstall. That didn't solve the problem either. Any other recommendations? I have the Smartthings Hub with Wifi and several sensors, I would like to continue with this product brand.
