It is so ugly that I have removed the icon using Quickstar module. Also, previously it was possible to remove the battery icon from Always On Display. Samsung UI dev team should either let us customize the battery Icon using themes or change the pill shape to actuall battery-like icon. So many design choices, yet the I didn't get it why the UI designer chosen such a pathetic icon.

Give us option to change completely unreadable gray pill with black text on it, with simply white text (like the time) or dark rectangle shaped battery with white text (like on One UI 6.1)
W t f even is this stupid oval battery indicator?! Please give us back the actual battery indicator. Even having the number for the current battery percentage inside the 'pill", it's hardly discernable as the battery percentage . This update is absolutely terrible! Not only is it literally raping my battery without ANY other changes besides the UI update, but I also can't even tell what my battery percentage is at, or when it's charging....also, everything is just shades of grey. I can't tell when something is toggled in or off because both are just grey. What is this update?!
