STEPS:

1- Download : SetEdit from the Google Play

2- Open the app

3- Click on "add new setting" one the top

4- Type : 

min_refresh_rate

 then click save changes 

5- it's gonna pop another window for the setting value. write :

0.1 

then click save changes.

6- One more time click on "add new setting" on the top

7- Type : 

peak_refresh_rate

then click save changes 

8- it's gonna pop another window for the setting value. write :

0.1
