Adaptive refresh rate/power save mode

still missing the ability to have power save mode turned on while also having adaptive refresh rate on. I know mods said they would relay the message to the team and try to bring it back, but that was almost a month ago so just throwing it out there again. bring it back please. it's nice to conserve battery while at work but also having a smooth scrolling experience 😩.
