Its been over 2 years since we were promised the ability to customize our Introduction messages for bixby text call and we still don't have this feature. This is unacceptable. It would in addition to this feature be very helpful if we got an automatically answering Text Call system that worked in the background to filter spam since Hyia doesnt really do that well and many scam calls get past it. Bixby Text Call should work and be just as functional as Google call screening on pixel phones. Lastly, we have asked for years but please add a visual voicemail tab to the phone app like ios does and include all the features like transcription and summaries. These are the ways we want to see AI at work. Preventing spam and saving us the trouble of dealing with numerous unknown callers and sorting through countless voicemails. Thanks.
