Add widgets to the notification shade

It was be awesome to have widgets in the notification shade (pulldown). For example when you are in a app ,it would be far more seemless to update settings if we have access to widgets .versus leaving the app to access widgets.

This would be nice and especially if it's integrated into the panel rather than below it with notifications
