I think the app drawer would be more functional if it was vertical rather than horizontal, and followed the One-Ui ideal of reachability by pulling the top within reach when you scroll all the way up, as with other samsung apps.

Vertical is annoying because you really have to scroll down to find the apps you want and its not as neat as horizontal which is easier to navigate and organized with folders
Huh? Vertical not only brings the scrolling more in line with how most smartphone apps scroll, it also makes things more reachable by bringing them lower on the screen on command. You could still have folders too.
