So I have many different brands of phones and the only one I can't swipe and archive or even just archive my text is the Samsung devices this one lacking feature is the only reason I don't and won't use the the Stock Samsung Messaging app. It would be very easy to add this feature
If you use the Google message app that comes pre installed on your phone you can swipe to archive texts
