Automatically switch to on-device AI process when no internet connection

I would like to suggest this again. The phone should automatically switch to on-device data processing for AI features that can process data on-device when there is no internet connection rather than needing to manually enable "Process data only on device" (which later be disabled again)

Or maybe still showing the same pop-up saying that "Couldn't connect. Check your network connection and try again." but then also giving us option to switch to on-device processing.
