BRING BACK EXPANDED MEDIA PLAYER

After the second update the media player is now showing the collapsed version instead of the expanded version with the album art and nice animations

AND WHILE YOU ARE AT IT MAKE THE EXPANDED VERSION DEFAULT ON THE NOTIFICATION PANEL AS WELL
