Background Blur issue

I have noticed that every other beta taster have nice background blur effect while opening folders in home screen or app drawer but in my case that doesn't happen. Is there any setting that I have to turn on or it should be there by default. I didn't had that effect on beta 4 and also don't have in beta 5.

Please share an example of what you are looking for.  Have you tried changing the Settings, Wallpaper, etc?
