Battery status indicator changes depending on status

I would really love for the battery status indicator to change colors depending on status. Example being green for standard charging, blue for super fast charging, red for low battery. I think that would freshen up the area instead of relying on different icons in the area.

I really like this idea. I remember seeing something similar to this on older Samsung phones where the battery icon turned yellow at 15-20%, then red at around 5-10%, and show green at full charge when on the charger.

Love this suggestion along with the idea of implementing battery colors as your battery decreases (on the lower range from 0-15 red, 16-25 yellow).

I just found out today that the battery icon actually does change color to red once the battery is down to 15%.

Yeah it does. It's QOL features that makes the battery more interactive. Same with when charging, it stays a gray color with an electric bolt - it would be more interactive if it outlined the battery green and the rest stayed gray. Something obvious to signify it's charging instead of trying to be subtle.

I don't use the percentage so I eyeball and ballpark it - so it makes it easier to do so with the color indicator. It's not hard to ballpark it as is, it just improves the experience. From saying I'm within 40-45% but if I'm at 10-30% it would be easier to tell exactly which range I'm in (again it's not hard to do so as is, but its QOL improvement)
