If you haven’t already, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report immediately after experiencing the issue from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your contribution to the beta program.
In the mean time please check settings - battery and device care - battery - click on chart and check app that is using most amount of battery and uninstall/disable the app.
You may also check settings - battery and device care - bar graph icon (next to search) to see which apps are crashing often and uninstall/disable those apps.
