Beta 3 app switcher bug

Beta 3 still has the random floating app in the app switcher. Have factory reset it and still present. Has happened on my 24+ and 24 ultra multiple times

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.

Important: Please submit the report within 15 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
