Maybe make the beta part of members so it has to be clicked? Not sure if a lot of the comments are beta related or just general topics or complaints. Might help cut down on the extra back and forth.

Nah it doesn't seem like they need this whole forum thing because when the beta came to us it was to wait to change anything the only point was for error reporting
Communities as well as moderators for beta program and general community are completely two different entities. Although threads do get moved to beta program based on content, there may be a delay associated with it.
