Would love it if you could listen to the conversation instead of just seeing the text. Would also be nice to be able to speak back the response. Maybe have a microphone button that you hold while you want to respond and it sends that in the automated voice.
Sometimes translation of what people are saying comes out jumbled so having audio would help.
Also, it's tough to type out a response quickly sometimes so being able to speak the response would help alot!
