SuggestionsIn One UI 6.1 when a Bluetooth device was connected the Bluetooth connected icon used to be visible on the Status Bar in the home screen.
But now in One UI 7 Bluetooth connected icon is not visible on homescreen but only visible when the quick settings panel is pulled down.
This casues unnecessary confusion as to whether a Bluetooth device is connected or not since its icon is not visible on homescreen.
Please rectify this issue and make the Bluetooth connected icon visible on the homescreen status bar without having the need to pull down the quick settings panel.
Screenshot attached.
Thanks.

SuggestionsNo it doesn't look better at all.
In fact, it creates confusion in ascertaining whether a device is connected or not since there is no way to know this other than pulling down the notification/quick settings panel. This adds an unnecessary extra step.

SuggestionsVolume bar too appears only when pulling down the notification/quick settings panel or when pressing the volume buttons. This is very counterintuitive.
Also what possible use can we get out of the empty space on the status bar if not for these useful indicators ?
I would like to see the Bluetooth connected icon without having to interact with the screen with an extra step.
There was no reason to withdraw a feature that was already available in One UI 6.1.

Suggestionsquick settings is exactly where all this random extra stuff belongs. less useless information clutter on the main status could make it possible for a larger size that makes it easier to see from a distance, which actually has a practical impact on day to day use, because as you pointed out, that part of the screen tends to be completely unused space

SuggestionsWhat?? Replacing useful at a glance information for *blank space*
It won't even let me enable it in Quickstar. It's useless unused space that could be used for something. Why show it when swiping down? The quick setting is already there. This is supposed to be a power user and customisation forward software. If you think it looks better get rid of it. I want the option to have it there.
Some real bootlicker behavior on this thread.

SuggestionsNo it doesn't. I was my most used icon of all time. Now I never know when my devices are connected.

SuggestionsWho cares how it looks... I get that you don't use it but I must check that 50x a day. At least make it configurable.
