After One UI 6, it seems that Samsung has removed a feature within the Extend Unlock - formerly known as Smart Unlock - where you cant have your phone stay unlocked whenever you are near or if your trusted device list is turned on. I hope I'm not the only one that is sad about the removal.

I don't know if they removed it or just actually forgot to include it? Read the description in the screen shot. I would like to see that feature back on there I did use it for certain devices. Screenshot_20230921_175549_Google Play services.jpg

Extended Unlock (and smart lock for that matter) are base Android features (not specific to Samsung) so there's not much they can do about it. I think Google is still working on Extended Unlock so it's possibly going to be a bit broken until probably Android 14 release.
