Can't interrupt notifications and control panel pull down animations.

After you swipe down you cannot swipe the notification or control panel back up until after the animation is finished and it is frustrating

Yes agreed that this should be fixed. I've posted the same issue as well.

Agreed. For people with quick hands, having to wait for the animation to finish so they can click a toggle is a little annoying haha.
